  Amazingly quiet considering its location adjacent to a light-controlled crossroads with large trucks stopping and starting. The double-glazing was incredible. Huge room, though could do with better main lighting. - Madam welcomed us but could not speak english. Room very nice. good beer house nearby for a lovely meal.
