  Very friendly staff, clean hotel, excellent breakfast, centrally located and very easy to reach the main railway station and the underground system. A lovely hotel. - Location is very convenient, excellent breakfast and helpful front desk. Loved our stay there.

  This hotel for me was very comfortable. I had booked single room then requested a single superior. The single rooms are on the street side which could get quite noisy not a problem if you want to use the air-con. Can't complain about anything. very close to the train station a bonus don't worry about the surroundings. I am a s - loved this hotel! We had a one bedroom apartment which was very spacious, clean and well equipped. Don't be deceived by the surroundings when you walk down the street to the hotel. The breakfast buffet is excellent with great choice and very fresh. Location walking distance from Hauptbahnhof and therefore easy to get any where in Munich via the U bahn and S bahn.

  We have stayed there now 3 times. The location is excellent, the room is lovely and quite and the decor is lovely and modern and bright - Staff was very friendly and accomidating. Very good buffet breakfast.

  Sentral beliggenhet. - We appreciated the breakfasts--they allowed us to snack on trail mix for lunch and then only had to buy dinner. The food and wait staff were excellant. German bread definitely puts American bread to shame!! Also the coffee was excellant. The morning staff at the front desk had a good command of English (which we need... hva folk sier » ed)--they were always able to answer questions about transportation. - A very human-friendly service - check-in, information in the room about anything a traveller may need - from internet access to church timetable; maps and booklets for tourists next to the entrance door, possibility to leave luggage in a safe place for some time when your stay is over. I also was allowed to check in rather early according to the rules of the hotel. Breakfast is very tasty

  Location was great, breakfast choices were excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. We also liked paying for hotel on completion of stay and not having to pay in full when reservation was made! - The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.   Excellent location & easy to find if you arrive in Munich at the main train station. Room was modern, stylish, really clean, and large (especially by European standards). The free wifi worked great. Very nice amenities, including in-room safe, refrigerator with included bottled water & paid minibar setup, large flat-screen TV, kettle to bo... hva folk sier » il water for coffee & tea, etc. Bathroom was really spacious, and the shower was large & roomy with both a luxurious rainshower showerhead and - New hotel, are bright and large rooms ( we had a 501 502 - window left into an alleyway, it was quiet with the Windows open), bathroom accessories (even the Slippers were provided), the towels changed every day, coffee maker in room, tea-coffee making facilities replenished every day. Staff were friendly. Excellent location: only 1-2 minutes to the Central station, 3-5 minutes to the center, to the shopping street. I recommend, if I will be back in Munich - we would definitely stay in this hote

  very little noise disturbance from traffic even though in the center of town. - The staff was extremely helpful, they called taxis, recommended great restaurants, provided maps and suggestions.
