  Staff was very nice and helped me with internet access when I didn't have a laptop with me - The bed was incredibly comfortable. The pool facility was clean and much appreciated (used daily). A computer with internet access was available in for extra charge. The location was superb; frankly, you cannot beat the location given access to public trans... hva folk sier » portation. I walked from the train station to the hotel with luggage, which was no problem at all and gave me an immediate feel for the area.

  Very helpful staff, comfortable surroundings. - The atmosphere, decor, dinner and staff. A freindly and effecientservice in a typicaly old style German hotel. Good breaksfast and verycomfrotable rooms.

  good sized rooms and very comfortable and well equipped. it is a superb building conversion and an interesting mix of old and new. pool looks great although we didn't use it. courtyard patio/bar looks nice and i am sure is lovely in the summer. good breakfast. secure onsite parking. we will definitely use this again as it was the best hotel we hav... hva folk sier » e used in Bonn - from 6 stays - We stay for only one night. But, it was so joyful. The buffee breakfast is delicious and plenty food for choice. The coffee is great to tast. The stuffs are friendly. The room is spacious with kichen. The people stay in this hotel is friendly. We travel to Germany for 21 days from Taiwan. This is the best stay ever. We will book this hotel next visit bonn.
