When i told this to the hotel's manager, I was offered a late check-out before 3 p.m. without any surcharge. That was very nice of them.

Hotel location, breakfast, staff, room size (de luxe) - The location of the hotel is excellent, the rooms are very comfortable, the design is gorgeous and the breakfast delicious. Nice hotel, facilities (pool, gym), good bar with good live music,excellent service. They also rent bikes (and are close to theTiergardens) although they did not have child seat so we had to rentelsewhere (at shop next to Zoo subway) - Excellent Hotel, very good staff. I was actually amazed by the hotel. I hadn't expected this standard at all. The bathroom was just beautiful! And I have a particular bee in my bonnet about hotel bathrooms. We chose this hotel both for location and price for a long, Xmas market weekend. On arrival, we were informed that our room rate (c€75/night) was inclusive of breakfast, soft drinks and hot drinks, which was a real bonus. Breakfast selection is fabulous, ranging from the usual cold buffet, cereals etc but also omelets made to order, bacon, sausages etc. Location is ideal for sightseeing by foot - Gestapo HQ, Berlin Wall etc only 10 minutes away, but of course you can also hop on/hop off the sig

The location is in the center of the city, the room and the hotel facilities were in high level, and the staff was very nice. - The service was exceptionally good. When we ordered room service, out food came relatively fast and was delicious.

Staying in the hotel provides a very good combination of modern hotel features and good placement.. Our room was compact, bright and very quiet despite facing the railway. It was like in a silent movie watching through the window: train arrived, passengers went out, train went further.

Very conventiently located near the Central Station, but also near the Reichstag, Friedrichstrasse (shopping) and Brandenburger Tor. Close to the S- and U-Bahn. Eventhough it was so close to the trainstation, we didn´t hear the trains inside. Quick check in and check out and nice service in the bar when we had a drink there one night. We didn´t take breakfast in the hotel as there are so many spots around to have breakfast or lunch.

Hotel was walking distance to most of the sights. Once you find the hotel it is easy to find your way back. The difficulty was by car locating the hotel and how to drive there. The entrance is not on a main road but on a tiny 1-way street that runs between 2 main roads. A friend who grew up in Berlin was driving me and we circled a few times before spotting the entrance to the hotel. I'm sure a taxi driver would have no trouble locating it. Lots of shops nearby as well as a train station.
