  Meget bra frokost, og stille på rom. - On the website it says check in is at 3pm but we arrived at 11:30am and they promptly checked us in. There was a mix up with our reservation, they couldn't find it, but it turned out that it had be put in the wrong pile of papers and after that things were great. Free internet in the lobby and room service t... hva folk sier » ill 11pm, and they even have a 24hr menu that has a few good dishes on it. - Wonderful, spacious rooms with shower, bath, and separate toilet. Possibly the best breakfast we've seen in (many) hotel visits. Great staff, and perfectly located in Aachen.

  The entire staff always had a smile and was willing to help us with any questions we had. Whether it was about the hotel or a location we were going to..Being from the USA, and out of the country for the first time, not knowing about Germany, or locations they always made sure we were confident by time we walked out side. The staff was very helpful... hva folk sier » and made us feel right at home.... - Very confortable and quiet room with a view on the parc. we were able to have the Spa just for the two of us from 19.30 to 22.00 as no one was there at this time. Very professional staff.
