  Our room was on the 5th floor with a tiny balcony overlooking the Rhine, which was perfect for us to sit and watch the boats go by. The room was well equipped, very clean, with even a hospitality tray - rare outside the uk. There was also free WiFi which was a nice bonus. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was plentiful and in a pleasant room.... hva folk sier » One would not guess that the staff were still pumping water out of the cellar after the floods. We were lucky finding a parking place right outside t - We liked everything about the Hotel, owner and his team. Even though the Rhine had flooded the front of the Hotel and gardens it did not stop the Owner and the staff from running it well even though they were keeping back the Rhine . I should also mention that the owner speaks perfect english and had an interesting conversation with him covering various subjects in depth.   The excellent breakfast and friendliness of the proprietor - Location was convenient to the centre of the town and river and beside the Roman ruins. Rooms were small but attactive.

  Very friendly and welcoming staff, clean and comfortable well appointed room and lots of parking outside and very close by. Also a great breakfast. The hotel is right on the river bank yet only 5 minites from the town centre, excellent !. I would rate this hotel 10/10. - The Staff was friendly, gracious and delightful. Very helpful.   The staff were fantastic. Very friendly and accommodating. They were extremely attentive towards our dog. She got treats and water and was allowed to run around the fenced in garden. It was my birthday and they remembered and congratulated me. They made the day very special. We even cane back from Boppard on the day we had left the room, to eat there again, it was so tasty and great value for money. - Very friendly owner. Great restaurant with a view of castles and river. We had two rooms on separate floors. One was facing the front with great river and castle views. Second room was facing side, had balcony but you could still see the castles and river. Although the rooms were a little small, they were cosy, clean, and beds were comfy. Oh, and loved the little packs of gummy bears each night on the pillow.
