The room was clean and comfortable, the view from balcony was excellent. Breakfast buffet had lot of variety and was simply deliciuos. Staff was very friendly. Finally, the hotel location could not be better, it is surrounded by nature (located in a hill) and very close to town.

Owner was extremely nice and the room overlooked the Alps. It was also conveniently located and within walking distance of downtown. - The place was very clean and close to the main square in Garmisch, which meant having a beer or so was not a problem. The staff was also very nice and the rooms though small were very comfortable.

This was the neatest place we stayed, and is really what I had envisioned about Bavaria. Quaint and well maintained building. Adjoining family rooms were big and were perfect for us and two grown kids. Great view from balcony. Very quiet and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is great. Very good restaurant, both dinner and breakfast. Just good all around. Enjoyed it.

Climbing wall is fun for the kids as are the swing set and variety of other things to play on or with inside and out. We enjoyed soaking our feet in the cold creek after a long day in the mountains and meals at the dining facility are a good deal for the money. All in all, a good place to stay. -

Incredible place! Barbara and her staff made our stay absolutely wonderful - we hated to leave! Our room was beautifully decorated in traditional Bavarian style and our room had a breathtaking view of the Alps. The food was fantastic (beer, too!) and the nightly entertainment was the icing on the cake. Can't wait to go back again. I highly recommen

Steve & Yvonne Clark <3 - Hotels location is on an altitude of nearly 800m giving a stunning view over Zugspitze and neighbouring mountaintops. 10 min drive to congress center and train station. We were accommodated in a nice appartment with kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large sitting room. The rooms are modern but in a distinctive bavarian style with carved timber and nice dinig area.

I liked the fact that you could ski right out of the hotel onto the slopes - Great location, extremely close to the lift. Excellent Value! This is a Hostel. It is extremely clean and there is free breakfast that is very good. Had no problems with noise or cleanliness. Fun place, beautiful view!
