  We stayed for two nights and our room was clean, well thought out and comfortable. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. WiFi internet access was readily available and we enjoyed the food. - Loved this Hotel! Friendly front desk, clean modern rooms, nice pool and sauna and close to attractions and hiking trails.   The hotel was beautiful, the staff was helpful and the pool, whirlpool and sauna were wonderful. 15 minutes from Garmisch, but it was nice to be away from the busy area down there. The Dome was fantasic and across the street - I stayed at the hotel last month, no issues using the VAT (19% tax savings form for the US Military). This time, the acc... hva folk sier » ountant wasn't there and the front desk staffed did not have a clue. Will have to drive to the local VAT office in Stuttgart and have them work the issue. As nice as the hotel was, and it was nice, made for a poor ending.

  The hotel was exception in every way. My family group comprised me and my wife, our children and 3 grandchildren. The hotel was able to meet the requirements of each generation very well.   we loved the location, the pretty building, the family staff, breakfast was excellent. i would recommend this hotel for everyone. - Friendly staff and large comfortable rooms. The meals were delicious, with a great variety of menu items. The location is great, too, as it is walking distance from the downtown shops.
