Very friendly and welcoming staff. Easy access to the centre of Dortmund. Secure car park at rear of hotel but costs an extra 8 Euro per day. Free wi-fi access. - Room was very cosy.
Location is quite good, near U41 subway line, 3 stations from Hbf.

First reaction of the lobby area was the opulence of the décor a little garish perhaps, certainly different (unique) however, the hotel is in a
good location, next to the iconic U building, and Westentor U-bahn station, and a short walk to the City centre. Staff were helpful and friendly, rooms spacious and well appointed, and excellent vfm.
