Lovely hotel, friendly and professional staff, good location, excellent air conditioning (the main reason I booked that particular hotel - August in Berlin can be stifling!). Beliggenheten og Biljardstedet i etasjen under. - The location was excellent, the rooms were basic but clean. We had a huge space for two people. Breakfast could keep you going all day. - Great location. Very clean and spacious room. Nice breakfast until 12 noon. Staff speak perfect english

The location is in the center of the city, the room and the hotel facilities were in high level, and the staff was very nice. - The service was exceptionally good. When we ordered room service, out food came relatively fast and was delicious.

The professional people who man the reception desk are great. This includes Jeanine, Ricco, Peggy and a pleasant man with a beard who likes techno music.Everyone was extremely polite, responsive and cheerful about my questions and requests.When I got back to Berlin, I will stay here again. -

only 100m from the Ku'damm with all the shops etc. Hotel & rooms
were very well maintained and clean. Reception staff was very
professional and helpfull. Rooms on the 5th floor were silent and
spacious, as were the bathrooms (with all amenities provided). Beds
could be a softer though. Bar closes at 00.30, unfortunately they
don't carry port or sherry... But a nice choice of whiskies aso.
