From the moment I arrived (having taken the 171 bus direct from
Schonefeld Airport) , the staff made me very welcome. The room was
clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. The location was quiet
and close to Ubahn and also not far from Sbahn stations. Breakfast was
very good, plentiful and with a wide variety of food on offer. I would

I was up early and ready to leave but the kind staff opened up the dining room for a welcome cup of coffee and breakfast, before I headed off to the airport. Comfortable clean hotel. Great location for the airport.

Breakfast was nice, rooms are ok, everythink else is ok but nothing fancy as I didn't expect for this money. Good value for the money :).
The staff were excellent, friendly and attentive. The hotel was very clean and everything in the room worked.
I like the idea that the hotel is located in a very quiet area. Your
rarely hear a noise of a car. So you can enjoy a deep and
comfortable sleep.

I paid part of the bill in cash and part by credit card. I would have
liked a proper receipt for the cash part, to show clearly how the whole
bill was paid for, to avoid any possible misunderstandings with my
letsbookhotel.com account.
- In room air-conditioning would be an improvement; especially during hot summer nights.
There is really nothing to fault with this hotel. It is a wee bit far from the town centre but the excellent train system compensates for this.
The location is far from shopping areas. If you want to buy anything or
have a meal, you need to take a transport to another area which is far
from the hotel. The hotel doesn't have a left, it was a horrible
experience to go down from the third floor with a bag loaded with 30 kg
and a laptop bag which fell down off my shoulder and damaged the
computer hard disk.
No air conditioning- it was hot!.
