  This is one of the very nicest hotels I have stayed in in Europe. The staff were polite and helpful, the food great (champagne with breakfast on Sunday!) the facilities outstanding (indoor pool, sauna, steamroom, spa, etc.) and the location was divine: the alpine scenery was straight out of "Heidi".   Good location. near the railway staton, and also next to a supermarket. The room was large, nice, well equiped, and with a balcony. The quality of the breakfast was good. Though the price was a little expensive, it's worth the value. - Nice hotel room facing the Alps. Located on Konigsser Strasse which has direct bus to the Konigsee.   The location couldn't be bettered. Restaurants either direction, very close to bus stop, shopping area. If coming by train, would need a taxi or bus to get to the hotel as the town is on a hillside. The hotel is very quiet. We had the luxury of 2 rooms to ourselves. Reception was helpful. The rooms are immaculately clean and spacious, the views are stunning and the location is perfect. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. Staff were all friendly and helpful.
