Room was nicely furnished with a comfortable bed and armchair, and small but functional en suite bathroom. Owners friendly and pleasant, but I only met them on arrival and to pay. Quiet street, cafés nearby for breakfast.
Location is good but the car can't go inside the airea of it.
No contact with anyone else (although I did meet by chance someone who rents a room there). As owners do not live there - and are not there normally during the day - phone in advance to make sure someone is there when you first arrive.
