  The people there were extremelly nice, informative, helpfull, bi-lingual, and corteous. The hotel is in wonderful location; quiet, green, residential area, next to Therms. Just five minutes of walking distance from the center of town. Parking is secure and underground. Rooms are very nice and comfortable. Should be rated five stars.   Well maintained family hotel. Really close to Rupert spa.Especial atmosphere. Rich breakfast. Monica and her husband are doing their best . Thank you, you have done at our stay special and pleasant experience. We bought combined tickets for Rupert spa and Kenigzee boat. It costs 25 euro for both of them (only Rupert spa for 4 hours costs 18euro).... hva folk sier » In the hotel we got special discount tickets for parking near Kenigzee and parking in Bad Reichenhall - The Hotel is beautiful and breakfast was wonderful.The owners spoke very little English but were friendly and helpful. They tried to communicate places we should visit and methods of transportation we should use during our visit.
