Staff service and friendliness was more than excellent. The owners really do their best to make you feel welcome and comfortable.
The room (apartment) was large and had everything we needed.
The location is nice, quite close to the center and with a view on the castle.
Breakfast was great. Compliments for how they arranged breakfast for one of us

Breakfast was excellent - we stayed over Easter holiday weekend when there were extra touches like coloured eggs and chocolate on the breakfast table.

Ideal stop over for our visit to Nordhorn Vintage Tractor Show.
We thoroughly enjoyed our evening meal, although the menu in German was a challenge! No English menu available. -

Almost everything. Spotlessly clean, very quiet and comfortable, ample parking and excellent value for money. We didn't have dinner there, but breakfast was superb and, again, well worth the cost. The very best aspect of the hotel was the staff: friendly, hard-working and willing to put themselves out to help a handicapped member of the party.
