Very nice hotel and specially very friendly people in the front. My room was big, clean, with a very nice view. It is very easy to find and it has a parking place connected to the hotel, so you can access your car without walking too much (safe from rain). - very clean, very well located, staff really helpful and nice, reception 100% efficient

the hotel owners, family, and staff were great. helped me get all set up for a 3 month stay in the country were very hospitable. im a shaved head, tattooed 34 year hold from california that works on helicopters for a living and the katu family was hella cool. the restaurant and bar kick ass, great greek food. definantly recommened the alexandros.

I like the bathroom with power shower and has speakers connected to the the iPod dock. That was awesome!
The fixtures are also eco friendly (lights lit on/off by touch ==>totally awesome!)
The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and a lot of power sockets (also great!)
The location is good as it's about 6-7mins walking from Mannheim Hbf and a lot of food/shopping amenities nearby.

Friendly and helpful staff. Sound isolation of the rooms is very good. Rooms are new, modern and very clean.
The hotel is situated in a quiet residential area in a suburb of Heidelberg.
The city centre of Heidelberg can be reached by tram in about 10 minutes.

The staff were brilliant and their English was superb, unlike our German!
We stayed for dinner at the hotel twice of our four nights and it was excellent, we ate the same meal both nights! The service was also excellent.
We also had breakfast one morning which was good and again the service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble..

I was alone after a business trip and it was everything I wanted and more. The service is tip top. They speak English and will help you with anything. The style is Ultra Modern - great for a luxury stay, though moderately priced. Location is great - it's a 10 minute walk from the train station and a 10 minute walk to the Alt Stadt.

It was our second visit. We love everything, and would definitely visit again. The best part is, for sure, the restaurant they run. Highly recommended, especially in summer. The shop was also outstanding.

Excellent service and staff always kind and helpful, from cleaners to room service to front desk. This was possibly the best service we experienced in a hotel in 8 months travelling in Europe.
