The owner went out of her way to make us feel welcome upon our early arrival, giving us a complimentary cuppa & croissant, then dropping us off in her car at village close to a walkway to allow a shorter walk to Le Mont St Michel. The room we stayed in was spacious and extremely well presented, warm & inviting. The breakfast was generous with attention to detail & had all the trimmings with an excellent variety. It was the best bed and breakfast I've ever stayed in, rooms were big and comfortable, breakfast was fresh and tasty, the owner Catherine was really lovely and made you feel very welcome and was very helpful. Loulou her assistant (the dog) was really lovely also. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting this area. The pictures on the web does not do it justice as the place in my opinion was excellent throughout. I would definitely stay there again.
Well recommended place to stay, the manager has been very helpful and attentive, it's worth the money that you'll pay in this little accommodation. She also runs a little tea shop in the ground level and the environment in this little and quite town of Pontorson is very relaxing. I will highly recommend Les Tartines Bavardes.
We liked every minute of our stay there! A friendly and nice hostess, neat and spacy room with a boiler for water and refrigerator. It's only few minutes away from the place where the bus to Mon San Michel departs. And a breakfast was served by the hostess herself. I would definetely recommend the place for anyone.
It is a small bed and breakfast business. The room was like a small apartment, with lots of space. The owner, Catherine, is extremely willing to please or help. She even offered to pick us up from Mont St Michel after the bus stopped for the night, so we could see the sunset.
We loved absolutely everything about our stay at this hotel! We felt so welcome and Catherine made sure that we made the most out of our stay and went above and beyond any hotel we've ever stayed at before. We will definitely being going back to visit again!.
The B&B is in a well-restored 19th-century building. Our room was large and comfortable, and the proprietor was friendly and very accommodating, and served a very good breakfast--everything fresh and local. Good jumping-off spot for Mont -St-Michel.
Lovely big room, and very generous, enjoyable breakfasts. Catherine gave us some great helpful information on some places to visit along our journey, which turned out to be well worth seeing. Very comfortable and welcoming - thank you Catherine.
Catherine, our host, was wonderful and went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable! We were spoilt for breakfast and the room was incredibly spacious with lovely facilities. We would recommend staying here to our family and friends!.
The owner is a very nice and helpful person. The room was very large, well decorated and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. You may have the opportunity to drink different types of tea not available at other hotels.

A little and cosy house with spacious rooms located just 5 minutes drive from Mont-Saint Michel. Catherine, the hostess is very friendly and open. Good breakfast with big variety of food.
