Please inform the property in advance of your flight number or train information. This will allow them to anticipate delays in your arrival. Please note that arrivals should be between 17.00 and 19.00. Key collection is not possible before 17:00, and fees apply to arrivals after 19:00. For arrivals before 17.00, guests can leave their luggage for free at the property's office (Tuesday to Saturday, 10.00 - 13.00 and 15.00 - 19.00). If arriving after 19.00, the following fees apply: - From 19:00 to 21:00: EUR 30 - From 21.00 to 23.00: EUR 50 - From 23:00 to 00:00: EUR 100. The security deposit will be used to cover any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay. It is taken via a pre-authorisation (Visa and Mastercard only). Cheques or cash will not be accepted for the security deposit. The pre-authorisation on your Visa/Mastercard will be released after your departure, following an inspection of the accommodation. A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
