Please note, Bed linen and towels can be rented with the establishment with an additional cost and upon prior request. You can collect the keys at the agency of Kaysersberg, Monday to Saturday. between 14:00 and 18:00. For arrivals before these hours, the property will charge an extra fee of EUR 30 per stay. Please note that for arrivals and departures on Sundays and public holidays the property will charge an extra fee of EUR 60 per stay if you collect the keys directly at the apartment. If you collect the keys at the agency, a EUR 30 extra fee per stay will be requested. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: 1A Avenue Georges Ferrenbach, 68240 Kaysersberg. Please inform Au pied du Château in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. A prepayment deposit via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions.
