the beaten path enough to be quiet. The view of the city from the
balcony is great. The staff is excellent; the whole place exceptionally
clean; and the decor is wonderful. I am a female solo traveler and felt

You will feel if you were at home, the room is nice and very clean. Aladin is a great person, and all the people at the hotel all also very nice, muhammad gives you wonderfull information and abdu makes the best coffe. They will help you with everything you need. Staff are fabulous. They serve you before you even think to ask them. I ordered room service and one of the dishes I didn't like its taste, but I just left it and my friend ate hers. When they got back the table, and saw that I haven't eaten what I orderes, they called me to ask what was wrong with the dish and I simply told them I didn't like its

probably the best location possible in cairo, right on the nile (just a couple of blocks away from tahrir square and the egyptian museum). i felt safe in the hotel..despite the revolution going on (with guns and tanks and protestors) just a couple of blocks away. :) the hotel security was good (with extra guards and metal detectors at the front entrance). also, the roof-top pool was very nice and welcoming.

Staff was great. Felt like long-time friends. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The internet connection was strong and convenient...and free. The location was right in the center of town in walking distance to where I needed to be. Excellent bargain for the money. I will go there each time I visit Cairo.
