The staff was great. When I couldn't access the hotspot internet on my laptop, Birgit (the manager) showed me a room where I could hardwire into the internet and that solved the problem. Everyone was very helpful and contributed to making our stay very enjoyable. Easy check in, even though we got very late to the hostel. Personnel very friendly, good breakfast and relaxed environment. Good facilities with everything needed.
