  The staff were incredibly hospitable and accommodating. We had a small problem with the room which was allocated to us and they immediately sorted the problem out for us, in a friendly and polite fashion.

  The experience was fab, the concierge was brillant, very helpful and great advice with young children. The in house music and video library was also great. The food was beautiful, fresh, tasty and very reasonably priced. All in all, its a great hotel, specially with small children, extremely friendly staff and everything runs like clock work. - The... hva folk sier » Aria is in a very good location away from the crowds but only a 3 minute walk to the Tram line. You can also reach the Old Town with a lovely 15 minute walk across Charles Bridge. The atmosphere of the hotel is very good with all the staff making you feel very special and welcome.
