  After a weekend of alcoholic debauchery in Brno, my girlfriend and me had a last stop at Prague before leaving home. And really, this was such a difference compared to what we've experienced in Brno. The stop was the Golden Star hotel, a home from home with friendly personnel who helped us immediately. Sure, the climb up - We liked the location of the hotel - just below the Castle. It looks like an old building but nicely renovated. Cosy and romantic, with a lot of wooden and "golden" details. The breakfast room has a beautiful view to the Old town. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed, kettle and tea/coffee in the room...We would be happy to stay at Golden Star again.

  The location was amazing, we couldn´t expect better for visiting the citie. The room had a large bed and the decoration reminded a old time movie, but everything very well clean and in good state. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpfull.

  The apartment was very nice and clean, looked exactly like on the pictures. The cleaning lady showed up every day and did a very thorough job. The staff is extremely helpful.   When I arrived at almost midnight after a long day of travel, the front desk said I did not have a reservation although I had my confirmation. He did find a room there for me and arranged a taxi for the early morning. Good location and price. - I stayed there years ago and wanted to return.
