The hotel was very clean. There was plenty of free parking, which is uncommon in Prague. Great location -- outside of the city enough to feel secluded and secure, yet within walking distance of metro station with direct access to downtown. Highly recommend. The hotel is in the 9th arrondisement, which some could find out of city centre, but I had things to do 600 m away and it was perfect for me. It is basic, but nice, small, clean, quiet. Breakfast is included and there is enough to select from.

The Staff was very friendly. 35 EUR/Night including breakfast was a good value for money in Prague. everything was more than expected, Hotel from outside is not brilliant but when you enter inside, everything is changed. Room was very clean, bathroom with all facilities from 4stars hotels, staff friendly and helpful. Wifi free. Room 222 was very large, comfy and quiet. Overall very surprised at quality. Great restaurants around the Fenix mall including Na Radnice. I'll be back. Exerything was amazing! We booked appartments - and it was 4-room number. Breakfast is very good. Staff is very helpful. The hotel sign on the street is not visible enough, you can easily miss to turn right to the driveway. Sometimes bad smell from the bathroom sink. Breakfast was everyday the same - there was enough to eat, but quality was rather low, especially the coffee and the sausage. But still ok in relation to the price. I would suggest better breakfast (no vegetables) but maybe it was because not full hotel was accomodated with guests. Despite the cleanness,the toillete has occasionally a bad smell, probably coming from the pipes. There is no kitchen, in the room I had for diner. they did not change linen and towels as promised (each two days). bathroom was dirty. bad smell in bathroom, scary location at night,.
