It was absolutely lovely. The staff was gracious, made us feel welcome. It felt like old world charm. Of course it was expensive but it was definately worth the price. The room was very comfortable with wing back chairs for sitting, large desk and comfortable beds. Air conditioning which was needed in an attic room was great. Plus they just opened a top deck for eating with a view over Prague. A little refrig was perfect; Trams close by.

The staff were incredibly hospitable and accommodating. We had a small problem with the room which was allocated to us and they immediately sorted the problem out for us, in a friendly and polite fashion.

This is a truly excellent boutique hotel, perfectly positioned close to the Old Town in Prague. We are seasoned travellers as this hotel is one of the best we've stayed in. It rates 4.5 star by international standards. - We were upgraded as it was our 25th wedding aniversary and we were greated by the staff with a bottle of champagne and flowers.

Extremely kind staff. Durring my stay my baby got sick suddenly, tehn the staff helpe us very much to call ambulance and so on. And a young person (a driver of hotel taxi) could help us in the hospital as well. I can recommend this hotel to everybody. Room was reasonably clean and tidy and had some seats outside on the verandah which was quite cool. The bathroom was quite big, or should I say, had a huge shower area. The only thing I would say is that the windows were minimal, room was a bit dark, but then the rooms have the bright verandah to sit out on anyway. -

Wow! What a surprise this place was! In a good way that is. I wasn't expecting an entire apartment but that is what we got! It was beautiful and comfortable. Great location east to get to and from and around the city! We loved our short time here. And breakfast was brought to us each morning. A super place to stay!
