  Wow, what a great place and location! My wife and I started our 18 day trip staying at this hotel for 4 wonderful nights. We included daily breakfast ( it was the best of our trip) and had massages as well. The suite we upgraded too was the most luxurious and elegant of our stay. The location is the best and walking distance the easiest to everyt... hva folk sier » hing you want. The staff will go way above the call of duty to make your stay great! Would stay here next time and would be very disappointed if we co - Lovely experience from start to finish. Warm, caring staff who made us feel valued guests. Spectacular setting in a unique spa town. Many kilometres of walks available and the spa after for relaxation. Best Small Luxury Hotel experience we have had so far. Highly recommend!!

  amazing hotel, truly the 5 star experience. The staff is very nice, they do their best to speak english (but they are better in German). I think they really did an effort to improve breakfast, we read some bad reviews about it, but we thought thought it was good. The best thing about the hotel is the spa. It is all very nicely decorated with mozai... hva folk sier » eks, and you can choose from 5 different sauna's and hammams. - VERY good service and quality of food in the restaurant, nice SPA facilities, very friendly and professional staff. Beautiful location of the hotel, straight at the lake with the forest and lake views. Suite views are fantastic, bathroom is sooo spacious and cosy! Balcony and terrace are inviting to enjoy beautiful and colorful sceneries.
