Apartments Anera is set in the heart of Zadar's Old Town, only 100 metres from the Adriatic Sea. It offers individually decorated apartments with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV, as well as free WiFi access.
One apartment is decorated in lavender tones and the other in kiwi tones. Each unit has a kitchen with a dining area and a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. One apartment has a balcony.
Zadar's most famous sights are only a short walk away. Some of them include the Roman Forum, pre-Romanesque St. Donatus Church and modern installations of Sea Organ and Greeting to the Sun.
An internet cafe can be found in the immediate vicinity. Various restaurants, bars and shops are located all over the town among its picturesque streets.
Zadar Ferry Port is located 200 metres away. The Main Bus and Train Stations are witin a 2-km radius. Zadar Airport is 12 km from the Anera Apartments.

The apartment is very nice, clean, comfortable, decorated with the taste
that makes you feel at home. It is equipped with everything you need
also for longer stays. The owner of the apartment provided us with bed
sheets and towels (great for people who travel with a hand luggage
only). It is located in the very heart of the old city, so within a few
minutes of walking distance, you have access to all main attractions,
including monuments and the sea shore, as well as to ferries, buses, and

The position is the best we could imagine, right in the heart of Zadar
old town, where nightlife pulses and 5min walk from all interesting
places, shops, restaurants, bars... No problem at all with the noise
outside thx to the double glass windows. We arrived very late at night
and this was not a problem at all to get the key (from a pizzeria beside
the apartment).
Very friendly staff/owner. Very central location. In the middle of lots of bars and restaurants, there is also a supermarket, 1 minute walking to seaside.
Great location in the old town with all the cafe´s and restaurants right on the doorstep. Clean and well insulated against the city noise.
Above a square with a student cafe, but apartment had triple glazing so you could choose to listen to the buzz and music or not.

location is nice in the old town, but only if you are not travelling by car.
There was no internet connection in the apartment, however a free
internet wi-fi was available near the Tourist office, at 5 min walking
distance from the apartment.
It is not an hotel, so do not forget your own hair dryer, shower and
shampoo soap etc.
Install please a soap holder in the shower! ;-).

No sign on the door with the property name - it is an apartment in a fairly scruffy looking building, although the apartment is very nicely decorated. No staff on location, so you have to arrange an arrival time with the care-taker. The phone number on this site is NOT the one for the care-taker. The bed is a bit small for two fully grown people (not the usual European style of two single beds put together).
Located directly above the bandstand of the garden restaurant below. The band played very loud music (rock/pop) till midnight, and the place was noisy long after that.
Unless you are the partying kind, I would not rcommend iy.
The owner has made this apartment look as appealing as possible but it
is within a very 'scruffy' and badly lit block. It is on the
second floor and the lights did not work.

It was really dirty with hairs and bugs everywhere...seriously.
