  Excellent location - right on the beach. Quite and relaxing atmosphere. Spotless studio with new furniture and all necessary equipment. Parking place is provided in front of the house. Owner is very friendly and helpful. There are supermarket, cafes, beach bar and restaurants in radius of 100m. Center of Zadar is only 10 min away by bus. Nice sand... hva folk sier » beach in Nin is also easy to reach by car. - Great location just a few meters from the beach. Room was comfy and the area very calm. Lovely old lady running the show when I was there - the mother of the owner I think. She didn't speak English but that wasn't really a problem. Coffee and a shot of slivo on the house upon arrival. What else can you ask for? Great overall value.

  Miriam and Gianni were so helpful. The restaurant below the apartments was good and the staff very friendly. Not much for veggies but its a simple menu. Fresh fish and meat. But very tasty from what I hear. Don't go to the restaurant a few houses along from the place. The food was poor and service and atmosphere was disappointing.   Relaxed couple of nights here - was super hot so grateful for the aircon. Hotel has had a facelift since these pics were taken so its looking much more modern & fresh . - Staff are incredibly friendly especially Mario who went out of his way on many occasions for us. Very close to beach and shops.

  We stained 2 nights.we did the jepp photo safari on the first day..on the second day we deed a river with a nice canion and waterfall river boat excurtin.recommend the both. The hotel staff is wander full. we had 3 problems and say solved all the 3 1_my computer cable was faulty. The offer us a cable from one of their working computers 2. The hotel owner voluntire to assist us and drive with us until the tire was fixed 3.the river excurtion we booked didn't operate on t - We stayed in this hotel only for one night, but if we weren't on a such tight schedule, we would have wanted to stay there a bit longer. Room was really spacious, more like a studio apatment with kitchenette. It was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was really friendly. Beach is close and so is the NP. Sign on the main road says that it's only 100 meters to NP enterance, but it's incorrect. It's more like 1km away and when you get there, you have to walk driveway for another kilometer, so if y
