The villa is new, with excellent facilities. Location is scenic, the room is very clean. The bed is comfortable however it seemed to be a bit high - but we did not fall off during the night :)

The guest house was, in relation to other accommodation in Opatija, very good price/quality ratio. Everything was very clean and new. Very convenient to have parking facility. The location was a bit tricky to find and one should be aware it is not right in Opatija.
We were looking for an overnight stop on our way south along the coast so it was the perfect stopover. Whilst Optaija is a glorious old Austro Hungarian style resort it is not, (in my opinion only ), a place for a longer stay.

Rab is a beautiful place, the owners are very friendly and accomidating. If you walk down to the promenade, there is a boat that will take you to a place called "Love Island" (less than a five minute boat ride). The room is big enough for two and clean, definitely recommend it. -

Our room was exactly as advertised (balcony, modern AC and flatscreen TV, own bathroom). The Vukusic-family is very nice, welcoming and outgoing. The included breakfast was tremendous: self made honey and jam, fresh bread and delicious croissants.
