The owners were very pleasant and more than happy to drive us to the beach and the ferry and pick us up when we needed to. The apartment had wifi in most rooms and off street parking.
The location would be hard to find without GPS navigation. It is within walking distance to a supermarket and an easy walk to Porec seaside and market centre.
