Duska and her husband were very helpful both prior to our trip and also during our trip advising of items inside the apartment and asking if we required anything during our stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with all mod cons including very good wifi.
The location was amazing, just off the Stradun and no steps to the front door! The apartment was on the 1st floor. It has recently been fitted with triple glazed windows which keeps the apartment silent at night.

It is very centrally located. The room is not very big, but very clean and well equipped.
I stayed at an apartment facing the Stradun, the main street of the old city of Dubrovnik. I could enjoy people-watching from my window. I could even listen to the outdoor concert from Luza Square in the comfort of the apartment.
Studio Stradun may not have the view of the city from its windows, but the fact that it is in the flat part of the old city can be a plus, as the stairs on the hill are steep and

It's located in the Old town, everything is in walking distance.

It was very easy to find the apartment with the help of the tourist information booth outside the city wall. Villa Flores was on a quiet street one and a half blocks off the main street. The staff was more than accommodating and went out of there way to help us with a predicament outside the realm of the hotel. -

It's a great location just of the Stradun, really easy to get around to the cable car, the walls, restaurants etc.
**Tip** Take a backpack and not suitcases, there are a LOT of steps in Dubrovnik old town and carrying a suitcase up and down them is a bit of a pain. don't let that put you off staying in the old town though, it's romantic and beautiful. Superb apartment, genuine furniture and paintings, wonderfull host. The room is so elegantly decorated, very clean, a huge modern bathroom with everything you need. Free wifi was fast and excellent. Location of apartment is great. Only few meters from the main street Stradun.

The place is great- I would suggest it to anyone who wants a chilling and calm holiday, a nice enviroment. The apartment was perfectly cleaned, in lovely meditterianean style. it was well equipped, the bathroom was very nice. Very quite and cool place! You' ll have anything. The host was very nice and helpfull( like transfer from airport for very reasonable price). There are some very good beaches around. A few tavernos ( 2 min from apartment).
We will definitely come back.

Our host, Darko, proved to be an amazing host assisting us in any way possible particularly with our luggage to and from our car. We were prepared for the many stairs which added to the ambience of being located in the old town. The interior of the guesthouse has been renovated beautifully and our room was very comfortable. An amazing location in the heart of the Old Town, a moment's stroll from the Stradun. Beautiful wooden beams in the apartment give it a really rustic feel and the size of the apartment is great, with a large room with a big sofa, kitchen and double bed.
