Enjoyed our stay over here. Location is a 5 min car drive away from Dubrovnik's old town, but bus is going to city center every 30 minutes (Taxi about 15 EUR). The apartment facilities are excellent!: it's well decorated and equipped. Beds are very good. It has an amazing view, and is very well located: 15 minutes walk to the port, less than 100 meters from the bus stop which will take you to the Old City. Personal is friendly and helpfull.

Iva was a fantastic host and showed us the best restaurants. She also helped me print a document which I needed urgently. Very good experience at her cosy apartment complete with a kitchenette for light cooking. When we wanted to extend our stay by a day, she didn't have available apartments but she helped us find an equally good apartment in the next street. Superb location, very near the main Cathedral. High recommended!

From the moment we arrived we were made very welcome by the staff , everybody was genuinely helpful . The hotel is a beautifully restored mansion and is a refuge from the crowded madness of Dubrovnik . Great location close to the sea and parkland. Bars and restaurants a few yards away and easy access to the old town by number 6 bus 50 metres from the front door.
Extremely friendly and informative staff. Room 31, although at the top of the house has an amazing roof terrace, must be seen. Great value hotel and a great place to be based for a trip of any length to the stunning Dubrovnik.

Ante is a kind and genuine host, gives a great introduction to the apartment and the surroundings. Answers any questions you may have and offers a very comfortable place to rest and relax after walking around all day. Highly recommend these apts to anyone visiting Dubrovnik. The new town is only a 5 min bus ride from this apt and 10min walk to the bus station.

Even we were only two, we prefered to stay here (the apartment is very large and has a seperate room for another two). The location couldn't be better, the facilities are more than you can think of, the view is breathtaking and the owner (Sinisa Zakula) is a gentelman. The apartment was great, excellent location and very spacious. It was an absolute bargain for what it was. The balcony overlooks part of the historic wall, could not have been better! We only stayed one night but would have been suitable for a longer stay as it had a washing machine and a great kitchen. Owners were very nice and laidback. -
