Excellent location, great value for money. The owner was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place for anyone who likes to experience Dubrovnik, the pearl of the Adriatic Sea.
IN old town the guy picked us up for pile gate which was nice as not easy to find on own.

The location was in the old centre close to everything and yet not too noisy or busy.
Good location inside the old town and close to Buza bar. Good wifi, good kitchen.

Basic accommodations it. Was over prized for what it was but that is Dubrovnik.

No cleaning daily, but its ok for 2 days.
We are not demanding and are not used to complain for anything, but the room is horrible. When we arrived, the ground was greasy and slippery. The mattress is terrible with old teared sheets. The walls are made of thin wood, so you listen any step above you. Besides that, the bedroom in the low floor is beside the kitchen, which makes it quite noisy. The house It is placed in the Old Town, but the street smells cat urine. The room doesn't worth the price you pay. Highly not recommend.
