We liked everything about the apartment. Tremendous views and location: we had the great fortune to be staying on the opening night of the festival and we had the best seats possible for the fireworks over the water ie from the large windows of the apartment. The apartment is compact but very well laid out and superbly equipped, including air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room which is a huge boon in high summer. There was the most exceptional view out over the sea, from both the lounge and main bedroom. From picking us up the owner was fabulous, and had provided everything we could have possibly needed (including carrying our bags!) The apartment was perfect, spacious, clean, very comfortable and the kitchen contained everything we could have needed. It was perfectly located for the beach and only a very short walk to the old city ....... although maybe some warning about the huge number of steps may.
The owner, Zoran, is a truly delightful man, who greeted me most warmly
and so kindly helped me with my luggage when I arrived.
This wonderful apartment is located a very short distance from the Old Town and has the most stunning views!
It's bright, clean & spacious with a great kitchen (inc dishwasher) and a washing machine in the bathroom.
There's also a fabulous garden & terrace.
As with most places in Croatia, there are stairs galore and this may be a problem for some. But I looked .
The view was breathtaking with the main bedroom and lounge/dining
area having big open windows that you could look out to the old town
and water. Perfect location, down stairs and their is a beach across
the main road. Facilities were excellent, great kitchen with everything
you needed. Owner was extremely helpful and provided information on
arrival and arranged taxi to airport. Great stay and would definitely
stay again.
Stunning location overlooking old city walls of Dubrovnik and sea. The garden terrace was a wonderful place to sit and we spent a lot of time there enjoying the view and also used the outdoor grill area which was fun. Owner friendly and helpful. Air conditioning in both bedrooms as well as sitting room much appreciated. No problems with wifi it worked fine.
This apartment is a real gema. It is located about 150 m. from the gates of the old city and is the most comfortable place we have stayed in so far on our Croatian holiday. There are great water and island views from the windows and the owner was super friendly and helpful. He even left us a couple of bottles of his own home wine! Stay here if you can!.
Wonderful apartament, comfortable, inside have all from what you need for your vacation! The owner is corectly and friendly. There is an amazing view from the living room and bedroom windows.Outside the main building there is a terrace which the owner welcomed us to use, and we spent very good evening there, dinner and enjoi with wonderful view!.
The apartment was well resourced. We had a great view over the water to the old town. Close to the old town attractions and the old harbour. Zoran was very helpfull met us in arrival assisting us with our bags etc.
The view was amazing. The apartment was nice, clean and well-equipped. Location is great: near the beach and the old town. And lots of stairs to keep you fit.. The owner Zoran was very kind and helpful.

We liked everything!.
There was nothing I didn't like. There are a lot of stairs which
could be a problem for some. But by the end of my few weeks in Croatia,
I had actually developed quads again... Who needs a gym?!.
There was wifi however we couldn't connect to it even though
password and details were provided. Wasn't a major though.
No negatives.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who has trouble with steps. We got a marvelous set of quads with all the great exercise.
Steep steps to and from appartment. Not a good beach.
