We were delighted with the apartment, it was spacious with a lovely balcony with views of the bay. The shower room was modern and the bed was very comfortable. The owners were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful providing us with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the swimming pool, a lovely place to relax. It is up a small but steep hill, 5 minutes down, 10mins back up.It wasn't a problem for us, we are in our sixties and we were happy to do this pleasant walk 2 or 3 times a da

We spent 10 marvellous nights at Tija 1 in June/July. Location-wise these have to be one of the very best apartments in Cavtat. Not a huge hill to negotiate, very close to town and a beautiful view right across the bay to Dubrovnik. Maro, Sandra and their extended family made us so welcome. Very special people. The owners of this B&B are lovely. They welcomed us early, served us
complimentary drinks, and drove us to and from the town of Cavtat. They
prepared a delicious simple dinner and were very kind to our children.
In the morning we had to depart at 5:30 A.M. and the owner packed us
breakfast to go and drove us to airport (there was an extra charge for
that). The room was clean and relatively comfortable. Good a/c, etc.

The better half and I had a great holiday in Cavtat. We usually stay in hotel accommodation so this was something a bit different. We loved this place. It was really good value for money, the room (room 3) was adequately spacious. The main selling point however, was the outstanding balcony and view it provided. We spent many a night out there with a glass of wine and some delicious food from Logos restaurant which is just a two minute walk up the hill.
