The building is totally charming and rooms are well-appointed; the
perfect mix of sleek and modern with the right amount of local touches.
Clean and very cute, a lot of effort was obviously put into this hotel.
Breakfast was very tasty with homemade croissants, champagne for mimosas
and good omlettes and cold cuts.

Enjoyed our stay over here. Location is a 5 min car drive away from Dubrovnik's old town, but bus is going to city center every 30 minutes (Taxi about 15 EUR). The apartment facilities are excellent!: it's well decorated and equipped. Beds are very good. It has an amazing view, and is very well located: 15 minutes walk to the port, less than 100 meters from the bus stop which will take you to the Old City. Personal is friendly and helpfull.

Family House Fascination was perfect for us. Nora was a lovely host. Friendly, happy and always helpful. She was always available. The atmosphere was very relaxed. Iva was a fantastic host and showed us the best restaurants. She also helped me print a document which I needed urgently. Very good experience at her cosy apartment complete with a kitchenette for light cooking. When we wanted to extend our stay by a day, she didn't have available apartments but she helped us find an equally good apartment in the next street. Superb location, very near the main Cathedral. High recommended!

Location was quiet but not far from everything. Steps could be difficult for older folk, however the owner was there to help with our cases. The room and facilities were clean and inviting and added to our stay in Dubrovnik. The owner looked after us well and nothing was too much trouble.

This apartment is very elegant, bright, clean and quiet; thanks for good windows :). The staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. We received a lot of information and many practical tips about Dubrovnik and traditions. If we have questions the answers were replied quickly by e-mails or SMSes. I can definitely recommend this apartment to my friends or anyone else who wants to visit this marvelous town.

Very friendly owners, picked us up from the bus station and greeted us in such a easy going way, everything very uncomplicated. Even we were only two, we prefered to stay here (the apartment is very large and has a seperate room for another two). The location couldn't be better, the facilities are more than you can think of, the view is breathtaking and the owner (Sinisa Zakula) is a gentelman. The apartment was great, excellent location and very spacious. It was an absolute bargain for what it was. The balcony overlooks part of the historic wall, could not have been better! We only stayed one night but would have been suitable for a longer stay as it had a washing machine and a great kitchen. Owners were very nice and laidback. -
