The river view from the room. The staff spoke next to no english, couldn't provide a map of the area or advice of things to do or see. In an intimidating area for traveller's as the locals were not very friendly. The room itself was ok but the bathroom was filthy, dank and in desperate need of rennovation. There were 2 power cuts in the hotel in the 2 days we were there and the linen and towels were not partically fresh. We have stayed in cheaper hostels which have provided much better facilities and cleanliness.
