Clean, the staff was really helpful and sympathetic, the fireplace was quite romantic, the bungalow was peaceful and well equipped. I would strongly recommend it to everyone. Friendly, helpful owner (gave us a red wine and chocolates) and staff; Views of the lake and volcanoes; Wood fire in cabins - made each day; Easy walk to shops and waterfront. very friendly owner, went really out of his way. I arrived pretty late at night, it was raining quite heavily. He called a restaurant to make sure they are open and then took me there in his car. There was a woodfire in the cabin burning, made it nice and cosy. The place is good when travling by car, otherwise it's about 30 mins walk from the city centre, very close to the bus terminal.
