Great location with views. Modern and clean. Friendly staff who spoke English and were helpful when finding places to eat. Comfortable bed. Heaters in each room. Great bathroom. Good facilities for cooking and eating. Balcony.

Staffs in the hotel were very very nice. The view from hotel is beautiful.

Views were great and the one bedroom apartment we got offered a lot of character.

Compared to another Palafito we stayed in, this was so much more expensive for what we got, as it didn't include breakfast or have facilities like TV/films/music.
2Nd restaurant choice was not good Lots of stray dogs - a real problem
in Chile - that could be cantankerous.
No light at the shower booth. only minor issue to be improved.

The room itself was rather small and the staff could have been more helpful regarding things to do. Would have been nice if breakfast was included given the amount we paid.
