When checking in the young gal asked what was the purpose for our stay...business or pleasure. We told her it was the first time away from our kids since our honeymoon. She then upgraded us to the jacuzzi suite!! Thank you so much we really appreciated the upgrade!

I was greeted by friendly staff upon arrival, the downtown location is very convenient to all the city has to offer, and is within walking distance of The Forks Nat'l Historic Park. The free parking for this downtown location is much appreciated and a huge selling point. The room was clean and comfortable. Very large 1 bedroom suite felt like a home rather than a hotel room. Suite is well equipped with amenities and even the light switch/plug in placements seemed to be well designed (didn't need to crawl under furniture to find a plug or walk in the dark to turn off lights). Very helpful and friendly staff (except for room maid who seemed to be a hard worker and didn't like to speak or even say hello).

The room was great. I had a terrible room and called the front desk and they immediately switched me. The bed was great and the room was spacious. The staff were top-notch. The hotel was easy to get to and not to far from the doctor I had to see. The lounge was certainly friendly and the food was very good. The staff in the restaruant were very helpful.
