Our trip was to help our son relocate to Victoria from Edmonton. It took a few days to move into an apartment so they switched him to a room with kitchenette; (even on-site washer/dryer) with everything he ciuld have needed and spotlessly clean. The decor looked new, possibly just well maintained. Staff very friendly, gave us the room for a good weekly rate, great location just 5 minutes drive from Downtown. Would definitely return to this hotel.

We had a corner room with two windows and a balcony overlooking the inner harbor. The room was lovely with plenty of space and the bed was comfortable. The staff was also helpful and friendly. The hotel is only 15min.of walk to The Faimont Express Hotel and next to the Inner Harbour. In the restraut of hotel you have a good view of water and harbour, excellent!

we were staying for a few days so it worked out great and we appreciated
the upgrade. We enjoyed the pool facilities and the restaurant which we

We enjoyed everything about this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good and the bar staff were great and even made me a hot citrus drink at no charge when I exclaimed that I was unwell and unable to have an alcoholic beverage. The location was very centralised to all that we needed to do in Victoria. had a dog with us, and I had listed pet friendly as a requirement.
Somehow letsbookhotel.com hadn't informed the hotel. Your staff was able
to book us a pet friendly room and rectify the problem. I really

First was the price - I am a disabled senior who must travel
frequently to Victoria to see my Doctors - I travel with my assistant,
which all adds to the cost. I live on a very fixed income. Without
asking, the front desk upgraded us to a kitchen unit, which was very
kind and appreciated. I also enjoy receiving the morning Times
Colonist. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with extra towels, if
the need arises. I have only to call the front desk, for friendly
