  Every single staff members encountered took the extra steps to make our stay memorable. For examples the staff at the gym made sure to give us a bottle of water at no charge after they explained the different walking trails we could use. Nice touch. Obviously, these employees make it their bussiness to go beyond their job description. The location is A+. - Room was very comfortable with nice features (Nespresso coffee in room, hand-held shower). Hotel was historic and very grand. Location is scenic and near gourmet restaurants.

  Our room was very clean there was a fridge, microwave, coffee pot it was well worth the money. I was a little disappointed that Fairview mall was closed and most of the stores were closed. I did not know it was a holiday. Would certainly recommend to my friends.
