The staff was very friendly and helpful. The had great recommendations, was very detailed with directions/maps and also were fluent in English. While it's not the newest hotel (not luxury) the bed was very comfortable, the rooms large and the pool/hot tub very nice.
The location was also wonderful. Notre Dame is a few blocks away as well as Old

After tired of eating hamburgers we found ourselves in the hotel within
very short walking distance to restaurants in China Town. This is the
big advantage if you have a Chinese stomach. The location is excellent,
within walking distance to Via station, airport shuttle buses, old town,
cruise terminal and lots of churches. Two queen beds room is very large.

The hotel is new and very nice. It was a little hard to find. The museum is wonderful. They do have a restaurant with a very unique menu! When I first read the on-line guests reviews, I have to admitt that I was a bit worried to reach there. I was instead pleasantly surprised. Very modern lobby, clean and large room, bed very comfortable. We could hear a bit the noise from the Laurier Boulevard but it will stop during the night. Felt fortunate to find this hotel. Metro right across the street!! Also
could catch a bus there.....FREE Parking! Was able to keep car in the
parking lot for the day although we had already had checked out....that
was great!! We found the room clean, no bedbugs......staff very helpful
and friendly, dining room was very nice (staff again
friendly).

Very well located, far from the road so we dont hear any noise. -
Matane is simply awful, but the Riotel is an oasis in a desert of ugliness. You can have dinner and breakfast at the hotel and never have to go out

I was travelling with friends (we had 3 rooms) to see the Moncton Wildcats play Shawinigan. We ate at the restuarant 3 times. Even though we spoke no french, we had a great laugh with the staff and they were extremely friendly and just did a great job. -
location was great, lovely view of the St. Maurice, right near a part and great restaurants,

Rooms are very spacious and the beds were one of the most comfortable anywhere . I have had a lot worse for a much greater price . -

First stay at this hotel, that I find the hotel to be very nice. Usually, I went there only for the location, but this time, I was given an upgrade and the room was very nice. The shower in it was big enough to have a party. I liked my stay there more then ever before. Keep up the good work guys :-) -

We parked our car on Friday and didn't move it 'til Sunday. We walked everywhere and loved it. Right in the middle of Sherbrooke St. action and a nice walk to Old Montreal. The Hilton Garden Inn is in a perfect location for visiting all Montreal has to offer. We were lucky enough to be there when the Jazz Festival was on and the venue was within a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Metro stop near by to take you all round the city. The hotel itself is very welcoming with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff and the rooms are large, air conditioned, nicely decorated with very comfortable beds. A huge plus was the washing machine and tumble drier facilities available
