  I really loved the setting---the lobby which led out to a series of pools----the site up on the mountain---the availability of the beach and all the activities. We also enjoyed the dinner we had there. The food was very good. - The views from terraces are just gorgeous.   I was travelling with a friend who has severe mobility issues,so I inquired about renting a wheelchair from the hotel. They graciously provided one -- no cost and encouraged us to take it out of the hotel when we went shopping, which was terrific. We will return for sure, in large part because each member of staff we encountered went out of his/her way to be courteous a - The staff were all extremely nice and accommodating. Ex- they held onto our lugage for half the day while we toured the city even though we'd already checked out. Although this hotel was expensive I didn't feel like they were stingy like most expensive hotels that charge for every little thing. They are extremely time efficient as well - check in/out is extremely easy. Was hard to choose between romance, luxury and city trip.

I could not believe the facilities at the value of this hotel. I have stayed in many major hotels all around toronto, this one blew them out of the water. You are close to a lot of restaurants and the location is right downtown. This place is more stunning than the pictures had depicted it to be and I would refer it to anyone.
