I really liked the fact that you could get breakfast in the lobby downstairs. Of course it was delicious & hope to stay at other Comfort Inns in the future with the same hospitality. Staff was very courteous & was quick to offer anything else that was needed.

I especially appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. I stayed at this Howard Johnson hotel in London before and found it good value for my money. As far as the continental breakfast is concerned, we are not big breakfast eaters and found what was available was adequate. -

The women working on the front desk and the house cleaning staff were very helpful. They helped us install a raised toilet seat after my husband's surgery.

The Sword Best Western is a good hotel. there is a few buildings outside the main building. That gives it a hotel-motel feel. This is a good thing. We prefer those rooms. The hotel is dog friendly. It is very helpful if you have a pet. There is a space where you can walk/exersise your pet behind the hotel, but it is not a dog designated area. My dog is very active and needs to run before going to bed, so I was glad.
