  i have a bad lower back problem, so i have to consider the quality of hotel that can address this problem area. well the bed at soho was exceptional. the bar on the main floor was unbelieveable, really cool atmoshpere and amazing music/decor/lighting. i was able to talk without screaming to my wife and the prices for alcoholic beverages were reaso... hva folk sier » nable. also, the soaps/shampoos that the hotel provides were fantastic. one more thing-since the hotel was not busy, they upgraded my room. - The front desk staff and the concierge were all very friendly. It truly felt as if they were welcoming you into their home. The room lay-out (especially the closet arrangement) was superb. I am a very sqeamish houseguest, but the rooms were immaculate.

  Very friendly staff at check-in and very organized. This was my second stay at the Intercontinental, the first time I stayed in the penthouse suite at the top for a wedding. This time I returned with my boyfriend and we were upgraded to one of the new rooms with a direct view of the CN tower and Ripleys Aquarium which was beautiful. We received great guidance from a man at the concierge desk for good restaurants nearby and ended up really enjoying our experi - The hotel is spotlessly clean and staff are very helpful, especially Todd from the Intercontinental Club. I highly recommend the Club for its excellent business facilities and the tasty snacks. The room was overlooking the CN tower, the bed was very comfortable and the selection of pillows was excellent. The swimming pool and the spa are very nice.

  We like to go to the Pillar-n-Post at least once a year from the USA. It has become our destination for our wedding anniversary celebration (this year makes 42 yrs.). It is very restful, serene,clean rooms and everything is nearby for shopping or eating or wine tasting!   What didn't we like!! This is a fabulous property situated in a very picturesque location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is excellent and the rooms are very clean. - Room was beautiful and clean. Nice to have wine glasses instead of simple cups. Bottled water also a nice touch. Grounds were beautiful and well maintained.

Was in town with teenage daughter to attend the Warped Tour early the ne - The location of the hotel is great right on the waterfront, you are in walking distance to the Rogers Center and the CN Tower, the hotel is undergoing renovations at the moment, the pool is located on the 5th floor and this is a lovely area with sun loungers and comfy seating and gets the sun for most of the day.. The breakfast is also lovely nice choice of fresh fruit, pastries and hot breakfast.. There is a tour bus stop across the road from the Hotel and booking office right beside it....

  I loved the beautiful location. It is so tranquil. The bath tub is so easy and safe to get out of, which is really saying something for a senior. Seafood dishes were excellent!! - Was there for my brothers wedding. Service was excellent, beautiful setting. Wonderful staff, good food.
