  I loved the beautiful location. It is so tranquil. The bath tub is so easy and safe to get out of, which is really saying something for a senior. Seafood dishes were excellent!! - Was there for my brothers wedding. Service was excellent, beautiful setting. Wonderful staff, good food.

  I travel a lot, and the staff at this hotel was the friendliest and most helpful I have ever encountered. They went above and beyond, even just with their courteousness for basic requests, like a wake up call.   The hotel lobby looked impressive and set expectations very high. The check in process was fast and easy. We loved the elevator with a view. The indoor/outdoor pool was great as was the sauna and locker room. The room was nice as well with nice finishes (wood, granite counters, tile, etc). It was very convenient to have a fridge. And the restaurant service was very attentive and - Location perfect - could walk to so much. View was awesome - 20th floor toward needle, like a postcard. Breakfast nice (included), service excellent.Quiet. Loved the glass elevators. Pool was nice, good sauna. Porters out front let us know about the self-park garage which was $21 for overnight and we were very close to the hotel entrance. The room and bed was so nice, we enjoyed spending time there.

  I enjoyed the stay at the hotel. When checking in at the front desk, was informed that I had been selected as their Guest of the Day and upgraded to a suite for no extra charge. I was very surprised and appreciative of this gesture. We were in town for a family wedding and were able to entertain guests in the suite comfortably in the sitting area ... hva folk sier » with a great view of the city. - I like the Hyatt because it's close to Rogers Center, ACC, CN Tower etc. It is near fine dining and theater. It's in the heart of TIFF...so you may see celebrities....the New York Red Bulls soccer team was there on this particular weekend.

  This is a great place when travelling with a group of friends and wanting to stay all together. The kitchen facilities give you freedom of choice in terms of breakfast etc. Location wise - it is dead at the weekend but Toronto is small enough for you to be able to walk anywhere.
