The staff - reception, cleaning lady changed the batteries in the tv remote, the breakfast lady was always checking to see that food was available. Seems to enjoy their jobs and were helpful in every way.

I loved the king suite! we booked a king room but they upgraded us to a suite at no extra cost. The manager of the hotel was also very friendly and courteous. They also honored our late check out request at no extra cost. Breakfast was good. The hotel was clean. I loved my stay! Will definitely book again! -

The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to make sure our stay was enjoyable. I definitely would recommend this hotel for price, quality and convenience to the attractions. - Close to the Falls, Casino and restaurants. I have stayed here several times and ended up staying here 9 days on this visit. All members of the staff are professional, friendly and work hard to make their guests feel valueed. Coffee is always available.
The WeGo public transit system stops outside the front door so you can leave your car and take a bus to the Falls, if you don't want to walk (about 30 minutes).

was a very good deal. It is right beside No frills, Sears liquidation,
pizza hut etc...I Really enjoyed walking through to do some mini

Most important is a very professional -
the room was comfortable and clean. the pool was excellent. The exercise room was also quite good. The cleaning staff in particular were very considerate. I found it difficult to drive to downtown from Markham. I would like to return even for downtown activities but may have to reconsider that. But for nearby activities this is a fine choice. I hope the price doesn't change.

For the price we paid I felt we got good value. Attending the PGA the location was good. A Continental Breakfast was included and the staff in charge made everyone feel comfortable with conversation. Looks like some renovations have been done and everything was clean.
