  Loved the high ceilings. The bed was very comfortable. The bathtub was fantastic. The bath products smelled so good. Staff was very helpful (especially when I had troubles with using the room key and when I phoned requesting for another blanket and a feminine product). - We had another great stay here. The valet parking makes so much sense here,... hva folk sier » many other hotels I could take it or leave it but here I'll take it. The rooms are of modern design and a cut above what you would expect from a downtown hotel. Definitely worth trying.

  The Bistro was excellent. I like a breakfast included and this was a full breakfast with fresh fruit, sorted breads, cereal and eggs. Very friendly staff. I ate several dinners & lunches there too. The front desk couldn't have done more for me. Always asking if they could assist with anything else. While the rooms are on the small side, it perfectly suited my needs. The reception staff were phenomenal. So courteous and helpful. I loved how close the hotel was to the C-train, just a 5-10 minute walk to the station which meant that I could avoid high taxi fares when going into the city.

  Everything is good! The staff is perfect, very kind and very helpful. The hotel is super great, very clean, the rooms are super spacious and beautiful, and we booked for a simple standard room, and when we arrived, we were upgraded to Queen Room ! The breakfast is an open buffet, delicious and with lots of choice! 2 restaurants in the hotel, very... hva folk sier » good, with good gastronomy. Location is good and quiet, but 8km from Lake Louise, so car needed! - The hotel is very nice and well located! People working there is very nice. You have to ask for new rooms. When we got there they gave us the key of an old one and it was awfull. No fridge, old tv'S... So we asked for an upgrade. Then the room was much nicer, but we had to pay extra money fot that. It looks like 2 different hotels, you have to ask for the new part.

  The facilites were fabuluous and the staff was very accomodating. The location was perfect since our trip centered around Banff and Lake Louise. Staying in Canmore was more afforadble and allowed us to sightsee a bit more on the way to our destinations. - The guest lounge that has big TV and sofas, wii for playing.
