  This venue is several miles away from downtown Canmore, but it is QUIET! Most venues in Canmore are subject to noises from trains that rumble through nearby..   We were upgraded to another suite on arrival and we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the fixtures, fittings and furniture in our suite. Every thing was immaculately clean and it provided everything that you could possibly need for a pleasant stay. It had tennis courts , basketball nets, a sauna, indoor pool and hot tub and also an outdo... hva folk sier » or hot tub. We found all staff members to be pleasant and helpful and customer service oriented and this makes for happy customers. Good job everyone. - It was close to the town but was quiet and peaceful although there were plenty of amenities if you wanted to make use of them. It would be a great place for families and was comfortable and clean. The staff were great and really helpful we were missing out tv remote and a member of staff brought one straight away when we called the reception. Breakfast was tasty and again the staff were friendly and helpful.

  This hotel is new, well-maintained and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well laid out and clean. The fitness centre is above par when compared to many similar hotels. The breakfast is also better than most.   The Bistro was excellent. I like a breakfast included and this was a full breakfast with fresh fruit, sorted breads, cereal and eggs. Very friendly staff. I ate several dinners & lunches there too. The front desk couldn't have done more for me. Always asking if they could assist with anything else. While the rooms are on the small side, it perfectly suited my needs. The reception staff were phenomenal. So courteous and helpful. I loved how close the hotel was to the C-train, just a 5-10 minute walk to the station which meant that I could avoid high taxi fares when going into the city.
